You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from when you have received your delivery with details of the order number, your name, address and contact details. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and undamaged in its original packaging. If your refund is approved a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. If you have made an error in your order please contact us and we will take steps to amend it before dispatch where possible.

You may also return items that are faulty, not as described or damaged. Please email us before posting them back to us at info@whitstableharbourdistillery.co.uk
For faulty goods we will refund the full amount including the original delivery charge and any reasonable costs for you to return the product to us.
